FALL & Winter ACADEMY
September 2024 - February 2025
Our Fall & Winter Academy is open to ALL boys, grades 9-12, interested in playing for us in the Spring. ALL skill levels welcome and encouraged. This is a PERFECT time to try the sport out if you've never played. It is also a most necessary time for all experienced boys to come and participate in team training and building, regardless of their competitive club commitments. We are covering team culture, speed & agility training, service projects, fundraising for Spring, weight training, high performance journaling, A TON of emphasis on fundamentals for the program (passing, catching, GBs, shooting, footwork, approaches, breakdown, etc) & more. We will be typically be training 2x per week. We are coordinating with teams in surrounding areas to do a few 7's tournaments where it is high speed lacrosse with a focus on fundamentals. We strongly encourage ALL boys planning to play in the Spring to register for our Fall & Winter Academy. The work we put in during this time reflects in what we accomplish in Spring. Those who show up, GO UP. The registration is two parts: 1) Filling in the Google Form below & 2) Submitting payment for the Academy. Please complete both.
